HE Starred in the national tour of Deke Sharon's VOCALOSITY, an A Capella concert theatrical event produced by Worklight Productions and IMG Artists.
The tour's debut album was released on Universal Music Classics and peaked at #6 on the iTunes vocal music charts.

2015-2016 Visiting Artist IN RESIDENCE at Harvard University's Learning from Performers artist in residency program, screening the documentary film "American Beatboxer" which was presented at Harvard University for the 2014-2015 academic calendar by the Office of the Arts and the Graduate School of Education in conjunction with an artist teaching workshop on the performance and practice of beatboxing.

The film received high praise at it's world premiere at the New York Public Library Schomburg Center in Harlem, New York where it was first archived. Since it has been archived by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Harvard University Hip Hop Archive, and the Mooreland-Springard Research Center at Howard University. The film garnered an impressive list of over 20 official selections throughout the independent film festival circuit, premiering at The Peoples Film Festival where it picked up an Audience Choice award. American Beatboxer is an official selection of some of the leading urban film festivals including the Pan African Film Festival, Urbanworld International Film Festival, Hollywood Black Film Festival, the Peachtree Village International Film Festival, the In Color Film Festival, North Carolina Black Film Festival and received the Mark of Distinction from the NYC Independent Film Festival.
The broadcast national television premiere was April 6th 2014 in North America on Sean Comb's Revolt TV (Time Warner/Comcast).
2012 chesney was featured alongside Taylor Mc Ferrin, James Kim, and Justin Kim as part of a short doc feature on their work at Lavelle School for the Blind entitled "Beatboxing with the Blind" directed and shot by Rebecca Davis. The feature received an Emmy award nomination for best educational feature.

2011 Chesney also starred in the Primary Stages' off-Broadway production of "In Transit" directed by Joe Calarco with music direction by Mary-Mitchell Campbell. Chesney and the cast of 'In Transit's Primary Stages' production received a Drama Desk award for Outstanding Ensemble Performance. 'In Transit' received the most award nominations of any Off-Broadway musical of the 2010-2011 season (including Lucille Lortel, Drama Desk, Drama League, Tina, and Outer Critics Circle).
